The Grange EstateWHAT: Nolan donated $7,000 worth of time and talent to repair and paint several areas of The Grange, including the kitchen, dining room and numerous bedrooms.

WHO IT BENEFITS: The Grange Estate
The Grange, an original William Penn land grant, is the site of one of the 1682 Welsh Quaker settlements that established Haverford Township. The estate includes the original mansion and several other historic buildings. It is now owned by Haverford Township and managed by Friends of the Grange, an all-volunteer non-profit organization.

WHEN & WHERE: April, 2016. The Grange is located on a 10-acre hillside above Cobbs Creek in Havertown.

WHY: The Grange epitomizes the rich history and tradition of Philadelphia. We absolutely love the opportunity to help maintain and enrich such an important landmark. The Grange is a part of American history and keeping it looking grand is of great value to visitors and local residents.
